At Arctic Trucks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your rugged fashion gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
